01The short version
An activated package cannot be cancelled or refunded. Capital committed to a term is placed into live market positions the same day. You access your money by withdrawing your available balance, not by reversing the purchase.
We would rather you read that before you deposit than discover it afterwards. Everything below explains the edges around it — the cases where money does come back, and the cases where it does not.
02Why packages are not refundable
When you activate a package, three things happen immediately and cannot be undone:
- Your capital is allocated to the trading engine and exposed to live market conditions.
- Direct income is paid to your sponsor, and their team volume is updated — money that has already left for someone else’s balance.
- Your earning ceiling is set at four times the amount committed, and daily settlement begins from the next cycle.
Reversing a purchase after that would mean clawing income back from members who did nothing wrong. We do not do that.
03What you can do instead
Your main balance — everything the engine and your team have credited you — is withdrawable at any time, subject to the minimum and the cooldown below. You are never locked out of your earnings.
Your top-up balance is deposited funds that have not yet been committed to a package. It can be used to activate a position, and it is not forfeited if you choose not to. Contact support if you have an uncommitted top-up balance you want to discuss.
04How withdrawals work
Requests are reviewed and released within 24 hours. One withdrawal may be requested per 24-hour period.
The 10% deduction is redistributed, not retained: 5% is split equally among your direct partners and 5% goes into the withdrawal pool shared by qualifying members. It is a transfer within the community, not a platform fee.
Network fees on the BEP-20 transfer are separate and are borne by the platform.
05Sending to the wrong address
A blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. If you send funds to the wrong address, or send a token other than USDT, or use a network other than BEP-20, those funds are gone. Not held by us — gone. We cannot recover them and neither can anyone else.
Before every deposit, check three things:
- The address matches the one shown on your dashboard, character for character.
- The token is USDT.
- The network is BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20).
The same care applies to the destination address on a withdrawal request. We send to the address you give us.
06A deposit that was not credited
Deposits are credited after the transaction is verified. If yours has not appeared, open a support ticket with the transaction hash and the amount. Provided the transfer was USDT on BEP-20 to the correct address, it will be credited — verification is a delay, not a rejection.
A transaction hash can only be claimed once. Submitting the same hash twice will be refused, which is deliberate: it is what stops one transfer being credited twice.
07If a withdrawal is rejected
A rejected withdrawal is refunded to your main balance in full, including the 10% that was deducted when you requested it. The platform absorbs that cost rather than charging you for a payout that never happened.
Withdrawals may be held or rejected where an account is under review, where funds appear connected to fraud, or where our anti-money-laundering obligations require it. See the Privacy & AML policy.
08Market risk
Returns depend on live market conditions. The daily percentages shown against each package are ranges, not promises, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Total income from a position is capped at four times the capital committed. Once that ceiling is reached, capped income streams stop — crew income is outside the cap and continues.
Only commit capital you can afford to be without. Trading carries risk, and no part of this platform removes it.
09Getting in touch
Raise a support ticket from your dashboard. Include the transaction hash, the amount and the date for anything involving a transfer — it is the difference between an answer in hours and a conversation that takes days.
